Arthur Becker: An Entrepreneur and Investor

Arthur Becker is a Managing Member of the Madison Partners which is an investment firm that deals with real estate. He has served in this position since 2001. He was the Chief Executive Officer and a Board Member of the Company from 2002 to 2010.

The NaviSite Company provided internet and technology services for different enterprises. Prior to him joining the Madison Partners, he was working for Zinio LLC which was a digital Newsstand. Becker has also operated as a senior advisor to the Vera Wang Company for seven years.

His interest in real estate and technology investment grew while working for the NaviSite and Zinio. After the sale of NaviSite in 2011, he decided to venture into Real estate investments. His first investment was a condominium development in New York and also Miami.

Arthur Becker is currently involved in the building of Town Houses on Sullivan St. in New York City. As a Managing Member, Becker a flexible schedule and that is how he can find Real estate investment deals and pursue them. He is also preparing for the construction of a luxury residential condominium development.

Becker is an exceptional entrepreneur, and he attributes that to his passion and drive that has enabled him to succeed on all the projects that he has engaged in. He has also advised the entrepreneurs to listen to their colleagues and also study the market trends. He also says that people should be flexible and tenacious in their business ventures as that is what will give them success.

Arthur has worked in the position of Managing Member of Atlantic Investors for 15 years. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the Bennington College. He also attended the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth where he studied business.
